This project was unique, rather than making new managers read thick procedural manuals, it was developed into a game board. By choosing
this format, it added both interactivity and memorability, not to mention cutting down orientation from 8 hours to 2.
Focusing on the lighthearted aspects of childhood while retaining the seriousness of asking for contributions, this piece
used metallic colors, spot varnishes, and hand painted forms to communicate for Banner Desert Medical Center.
